I know this has nothing to do with this thread but I am a noob! It happens to everyone ya know, but I unlocked and flashed and I know have Juicy 2.0 for Sprint, I would like to get a new TF3D Theme, I dl'D the new TF3D config tool and I open it with Win RAR then I get a list of documents and one of the is setup.xml If I click on this it takes me to a webpage that has the codes info. How do I install this on my computer and phone? I don't understand this .cab thing either because I would like to get my Sprint TV Tab back I pay for it I would like to use it.
