Well, I suppose that's what you get for playing with things you shouldn't!
That being said, there is no shipped ROM from anyone for a CDMA Diamond anywhere as of yet.
If you're unlocked, try flashing a ROM (if you were about to say, that's not possible I can't connect activesync, I really feel sorry) that will fix any problems with the OS.
Try the "set 16 0" although if you were playing with rtast it probably won't help you.
