alright, so i've downloaded all the files from bossman... here's my problem.. theres no instructions on what to do with them. I just have 8 unzipped folders, an HTC Titan, and a USB cable to connect it.... lol.

So, i think i might just PM bossman and see if i can get some help from him.

if anyone knows what to do with these programs in order to flash my phone to work with MetroPCS, please post up any info you may have.
