I have just tried PocketPutty and Pragma VT with the 2.5 rom. Putty worked fine, but took about 30 seconds for the ssh host security dialog to pop up. I could login and enter commands fine after that.
Pragma VT worked fine as well. I could login and run commands without a problem.
