Did you try the older services.exe patch, with the PatchDir=C:\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org\BuildOS\Patches
line added to the selections.txt file?

Not sure if it works on this device, but I included it in my build after discovering how it helped me and others with the Apache 20748 build. My Titan and Apache 20748 builds are pretty snappy.
