Dumb question I know...

This is a full rom w/radio etc for Sprint Diamonds? I've probably flashed 200 times with my mogul, but I just want to be sure that it's the same process with the diamond.

Also, I know I'm going to gain a ton of functionality, but what will I lose from the Sprint rom besides all of the extra crap I don't need?
