That's not true.

There is no unlocking needed to make changes to the registry of our phones. I have been making reg changes to my phone from day one with nothing unlocked.

@Ryche316,

PHMregedit should work fine as long as it is installed correctly. From what I got in an earlier answer from you it is not being installed right. PLease find the cab file as suggested n another post you are in and see if that helps. If not get Total Commander. Another free program that has a reg editor in it and see if you can get it installed.
