Yeah when I first got my phone, Sprint and I went rounds. They're pretty crappy at the stores.
I went in to sign up for new service in November. I was mostly just inquiring. Dude convinces me to sign up and get a cheap phone, then come back later in the week when I get paid to swap it out for the 6700.
Everything looked fine, went back, swapped, etc.
Well the 6700 I got wouldn't hold the memory card. The spring was broken. Took it back to the store and they tried giving me the "well, we can't exchange it for a new one because you have already had one product exchange" even though it was broken out of the box (I literally hadn't even removed the screen protector yet - I went to Walmart to get a memory card, it wouldn't stick, so I had to return it). They gave me two options. Either send it in to get a refurb or let them try to fix it themselves. I told them I would just return the phone and cancel my account, taking my business back to T-Mobile.
Suddenly, corporate policy went out the window once he realized I hadn't had the service more than 2 weeks and was threatening to leave.
Bastards...
