Yes, I agree - I don't hesitate to do hard resets, or PC re-installs when really necessary.

I used to get frequent gwes.exe crashes on my Treo 800w - tried a hard reset once; it didn't fix it. Only time gwes.exe has crashed so far on the Diamond is when Garmin Mobile doesn't behave right.
