I have a Verizon XV6800. Last month I upgraded it with the official 6.1 ROM. Since the upgrade, I have been plagued with keyboard problems that have been discussed in depth on this forum. I want to fix this problem by going back to the 6.0 ROM, since my keyboard worked fine on 6.0.
Where can I get the official 6.0 ROM for the XV6800? I searched this forum, and found that a number of people said the 6.0 ROM can be found on the HTC website. However, I can't find it there. Also, I found

this thread, but (1) I prefer to get the official ROM from the vendor's site, so I know I'm installing the exact thing I had before, and (2) these threads seem aimed at people who have unlocked or done other modifications to their phone (I haven't). (By the way, please pardon my lack of technical expertise on Windows Mobile and ROMs.)
