ok after the hard reset did you program your phone? can you make call send text and such. I'm on verizon and I have to dial *228 and press 1 to reprogram, not sure about other carriers though. You may have to call your provider, tell them you hard reset and have them fix it for you. but then again give it a little time and someone who know's more about this phone will be of more help.
