I've seen posts on here before of people complaining about non-responsive or over-responsive O, U and I keys. I'm on my second replacement mogul for the same problem. I've got the sprint 6.1 flash and nothing else. All the 'fixes' i've seen were hard-reset or reflash. Neither seem to work for me.

Anyone know if this is hardware or software related? Sprint is replacing my mogul again, but this is crazy..
