Yeah, the link I posted in this thread works fine. But if you go to the HTC website, they took link down that takes you to the link I posted in this thread.
This is the link to the Alltel HTC touch page where I found the link that takes you to the download page. The link is no longer there.

I am just happy I found it and pasted the direct link when I did, otherwise we wouldn't have it. I would have to post the ROM on an upload page for everyone to down load from.
