I have had three verizon XV6800's (I just sold two of them & I have another on the way) I run dcd's 3.2.6 ROM also & the big cards work fine with no other mods.

In the first 6800 I had a while back, when it had the stock verizon ROM it would only recognize 1/2 of an 8 gig card, but installing the SDHC driver I posted made the 8 gig card work just fine.
