Removing bepe's rom protection from your rom will allow users to make slight mods to their roms so it will better suite them. It has been my expierence few if any will take your rom and re-publish it, but most just want to personalize it further for themselves! |
I'm using PPCKitchen, and I'm glad they increased their protection for that exact reason, I don't want people taing my rom and then using my stuff to make their own roms without my permission......sure if you ask then w/e it's kewl, but without my permission that's just plain out stealing, i don't care what anyone says, it's not stealing cause it "free", well guess what, you can go get the cab's yourself and make the oems yourself, I put alot of time into the roms.....not for someone to just steal them, but I'm using PPCkitchen, not NFSFAN's
