I have been chatting with ecare for the past couple of days complaining about the service and my mogul. They offered me an additional $75 on top of $150 or upgrades, but made the mistake to take $225 off the rebate price of $249.99 and not the retail, which is $549. I pointed it out that they made the mistake and they should honor it and they are going to!!! yay DIAMOND! sorry I am a little excited and had to share.
