I'd post the file myself but I've just about finishing a 22 hour shift and can barely do anything at this point...
but, you'll want to give LVM Time a shot. It basically a fully configurable, single-line, clock with or without date stamp. It's a regular plugin so you can move it anywhere. It also does a bunch of other stuff...
