That doesn't really answer his question. He's looking for a way to play last.fm streams, not shoutcast streams.
Some people at last.fm are working on a windows mobile client. It's called Pocket Scrobbler. Currently it works great to scrobble songs you play in certain media players, but it's awful at playing streaming stations. The mp3 decoder sucks and skips all the time. They have been working on a new version that will improve the radio portion of the program, but it's been months since they released the last version.
