The file "voice Cmd" cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.

I am having the same issue. I know that i need to copy the SDDailer from windows and paste it into ???? i cant remember where to paste it. Can any give me the correct folder to put it in |
You don't need to do that. Just go to Settings -> Buttons and set button 5 to VoiceCommand. The VoiceCommand OEM used in Colonel's ROM doesn't properly configure the button to work "out of the box."
