You're right, those are two more problems.
I have to switch my Titan to landscape mode
BEFORE starting up Kinoma to watch a movie as there is no way to do it after the program starts (& even doing that doesn't make it full screen) . Once it's running you can't minimize it (it takes over the system
COMPLETELY).
Of course I always forget to do that & then I have to completely exit the program & start over. Like you said, even that's not easy to do as there is no way to easily get back to the start screen (there is no easy way to completely shut down the app for that matter).
I feel this program is 100% totally aimed at noob users. This is fine & dandy except it needs an "advanced" option screen where more computer literate users can configure it to their liking & not be forced to completely accept the default settings.
It is really ironic that it forces you to use it as the default video player (unless you know how to edit file asociations) but then gives "unsupported video format" errors on certain files that play just fine in WMP.........
