Caused by installing IE8. Don't know why. To work around, remove the BackgroundImage=line from kitchen_config.txt in the .rar
Confirmed- OS working fine Fri. Installed IE8. Got error.

*In Titan Core rar, removed BackgroundImage line works fine!
