The first time it happened I actually did bump the switch to on but when the phone came back up it didn't shut the wireless off & I couldn't turn it off using the software/hardware switch and I had to keep soft resetting to actually keep the wireless off.

I am also getting wifi on with about every other reboot. This is with the latest 20748 files and the newest BuildOS from 9/27. Did anyone ever figure out what is causing this? I have a pretty loaded kitchen and a lot of other OEMs, so it would help if someone else has already figured it out or at least narrowed this down.
