exactly like i said, if you dont pay for TEP what is their basis to swap the phone? The only way they can swap it is if you have the repair program (included in TEP). That is what they put down in the system to justify swapping you out. Otherwise they cant physically swap you for another device or even a new one of what you have now unless you brought it in to a store tech and pay $55 to have it looked at. they have to have some justification to their supervisors and to put in the system or they get fired for giving away free stuff with no basis. Always always always get tep on a $5-600 ppc.
