Definitly not set to none although any changes I make dont seem to stick. Other sounds do work, but not the text message received tone. Maybe the sounds I have been using got moved somehow. Where is the default for these ringers and tones? I dont have insurance, although I would love a 6800. I am trying not to hard reset, but may be my only option
