Re: Switching Touch or Mogul for Touch Pro w/o Insurance

Short answer NO. I too have tried to get ecare to offer a free or discount upgrade. No go. I don't have insurance either. My mogul has serious problem, the buttons and the kb only some time work. The rep didn't offered me any discount, but did offered me a credit on the cost of fixing up the phone.

Of course I am not looking for a free phone but I am wondering if I call them, if it is possible to get a little extra help.

I am not changing my sero plan nor do I qualify for any upgrades.
