I did all this mojo a while back in the sprint days. I can give you the general feedback that BT on but not in use does have a very low draw (4ma sounds about right, it's in low power mode, esp if your device is not discoverable!) and that having a EVDO data link on but inactive also has a negligible (unmeasurable) draw as you are seeing in the diamond. BT On and connected to a device is indeed more of a draw then BT just on but no device active.

What are those idle draws reflecting - is that screen/backlight on or off? If its on, then they're pretty good, if its off, then they're pretty bad.

Battery is
1340mah according to sprint vs
1500 on mogul and
1100 on touch

If it's drawing 57ma idle, it should be able to go just shy of 24 hours on that battery in whatever state you're in when its drawing 57ma.

Have you all done the usual power savings reg tweaks?
