It is unfortunate the direction that this thread went, but I am still interested in the answer to this question. I purchased my mogul for full price and didn't pay for insurance as replacing the parts may be cheaper for me.
Of course I am not looking for a free phone but I am wondering if I call them, if it is possible to get a little extra help.
I am not changing my sero plan nor do I qualify for any upgrades.
