Follow the "Finding your SPC" section in this
thread.
1) Get your MEID: Start => Settings => System => Device Information.
2) Use the converter mentioned in that thread and get your Pseudo ESN Hex.
3) Copy the GetSPC.exe and that .dll file to your diamond.
4) Enter in your Pseudo ESN Hex (case matters) and get your unlock code.
