I called an Alltel rep yesterday- "tech support" (if that can really be a justified title), and I asked her about the 6.1 upgrade- she told me to please hold.
A few minutes later she says: "My tech guy said that all you have to do is a "Google search" for the update...." 
I was so fustrated by this silly answer, that I just hung up on her. God forgive me, but 'come on Alltel!!
