You need your MSL code. If you don't have it, then you need to call Customer Service and ask for it if you have Sprint and if you have Verizon its 000000.
Once you have your code, go to the phone and enter ##775#. You'll be asked to enter your MSL code and once you do, all you have to do is browse to the PRL file on your phone and soft reset!
