My private rom that I am normaly running has vc in the build and mapped from the get go.. but it does not soft;lock for the most part. Then again it could have something to do with the first boot and the arragement of the startup apps at a level I can not see.. just guessing here....

lkjfdsa: May be a dumb question, but are you on sprint? VZ uses different codes... just want to make sure as we have seen others fall into this
