I don't actually get this. They said they would send me a new Touch for $399.99 (or a credit towards a new phone which means I'll get that towards the Touch Pro) and then credit my account $399.99 but it could take 1-2 billing cycles. Does that mean I have to pay $399.99 out of my own pocket to prevent my account from being delinquent and then have $399.99 sitting in my Sprint account? Can I then "cash" out my sprint account and have the money transferred to my checking account? I don't want $399.99 sitting in my sprint account because of the way they are offering to "give" me a new phone....
Anyone chime in on my options?
