What did you say to eCare? I am in the same situation, originally bought a Mogul and had it replaced with a touch because of bluetooth issues amongst other things. I really need a keyboard though and am thinking of getting the touch pro. I sent an email to eCare and all I got was that they would replace my touch with another touch or with a Mogul. I don't want to go back to the Mogul because its way too slow.
I need to know what to tell eCare to get a deal on a Touch Pro
