Those are the GPS settings I recommend for my gps toggler, they seem to work well and get you a pretty quick lock. AGPS always gave me issues (the toggler doesn't care if its agps or not, just in my area or something AGPS didnt want to work), and by disabling it I was actually getting faster locks.

"Seek:0" just means that GPS is on and it is searching for satellites but not finding any. Try setting the regedit above and doing a soft reset, it should work after that.

This worked great for me, my gps locks extremely fast now and was so much faster and easier than the AGPS workaround.
