Damn bro. That sux major hairy donkey balls. They did me the same way because I bought my first 67 from ebay and since I was already with VZW (using a Chocolate) I just didnt the ESN swap and kept moving forward.

I had called Asurion onmy last replacement screw up and they said to go to the VZW store to get it replaced but the VZW store said no because I didnt buy it from VZW and I would have to have Asurion replace it if they would. So I called back Asurion and that is how I got my 68.

But here is the problem I see with your issue. I know you have insurance because you filed a claim with Asurion. So they have to give you a comparable replacement device. With all the bad 67s you have gotten I would ask to speak to that person that declined the order or someone in management because them giving you bad and non-100% working 67s isnt what you are paying your insurance for.
