If you are that serious about a "longstanding stable business" and worried about making impressions, you should have your own email tied to your own domain and not depend on an email service that could pull the rug out from under you at any time.
There are plenty of places out there that will host your domain & email server so you can switch if you don't like them for whatever reason, while still keeping your same email address.
