I am trying to figure out how to add TF2D to the same ROM he is running now, so I can flash it for him & then restore an SPB BU file after the flash.

Does that make any sense, or should I tell him to just be happy with what he has now?? (that's what I'm tempted to do).

Just take the OEM from the PPC kitchen and drop it in the OEMS folder of the DCD Kitchen. Cook away. Or another thought, recreate the rom using the PPC Kitchen.
