xv6800 and wifi issue
Hello. I have a Verizon vx6800. I flashed it to DCD 3.2.6. and added SPB Pocket Plus. All worked fine. I was missing some features that I wanted so I decided to try cooking a custom rom using BuildOS. I used WM6.1_20748 as the base and added a few features. All seemed stable until I installed the SPB Pocket Plus. When it rebooted from the install, I noticed the Wifi was active. The switch on the side was turned off. Turning it on and then back off did nothing. Selecting "Turn off wifi" from the wifi screen menu tab did nothing either. The other odd thing is the Comm Manager would not load either from the side button press or from the Start Menu.
The only way to get the Wifi off was to remove SPB Pocket Plus and then soft reset. Soft resetting while SPB was installed did nothing. I have tried each of the Comm Managers in BuildOS and they all respond the same way. Has anyone else come across this? Is it something simple I am missing like a registry setting? Is it a conflict with something I added to the ROM? There is very little added. I can list them if it would help, but I didn't want to write a book for my first post.
Thanks in advance.
