I'm finally finished with all this.
After e-mails and phone conversations, I'm stuck. Either upgrade with my $150 discount (contract ends in November), or get a different Mogul with TEP.
No nice offers. Nothing. Every rep I asked, (maybe 4 or 5) didn't mention, nor know what the Self-Service Replacement Tool is. I had to tell them where I found it, and what links I clicked on...

Not sure who's working there... And everyone I talked to was a "Specialist". The replacement tool offers a Touch, which I said wasn't fair because A, I don't want a Mogul, and B, a Touch is less expensive and has less features. No one could do a thing. All I want is a Touch Pro at a nice price and I'll re-up my contract. However I think that's the end of Sprint for me.
