Hi, this is my first time building, and I must say it's been a really awesome experience. Thanks for all your hard work! It did take me a while to read all the forum posts about bugs and such, though.
Anyways, I didn't change services.exe, and I did have a little delay (like imnuts had) when I was first using the phone. After switching to cf3.5 from
this other site, my phone works with virtually no delays at all.
I flashed from a v3.14.30 rom and a v2.05 bootloader, and started my oem selections using "Apache_WM6.1_20748 Selections.txt"
One question though: All my data, not just my texts, were deleted, however, which isn't a problem for me since I backed up, but I was wondering if this is normal?
Oh, I also have the missing HTC Audio Manager problem as well.
