While I haven't had the same experience (without the old services.exe all my builds were constantly slow), I'll just say that 5-10 seconds to get started and 2-3 seconds delay after running for a while isn't acceptable
to mefor a phone device.
With this patch and this build I've got almost zero delay all the time.
