Re: 6700 ---> 6800 via insurance swap?
Ok so here is the latest update...
After a few days and a few trips to retail stores I have a NEW 6800 being sent to me!
After I received my Equip Replacement 6700 yesterday I tried to "Sync" my phone and it ended up stuck in boot loader mode. I promptly went to my local retail VZW store and pleaded my case. Long story short. The end result I was able to get the manager to call customer service on my behalf and he spoke to someone who gave him the OK to order a 6800 in place of a Refurb 6700!
