Webmessenger has just released their "message alert" software for windows mobile which gives really nice controls for different alerts (repeat messaging, etc.) for incoming e-mails, sms, and phone calls. The idea behind the software really fills a need for me in the windows mobile world to handle high priority e-mails with different notifications. The implementation however leaves something to be desired. On my Mogul, the screen to actually set the sounds is blank and it seems like the software is selective on which high priority messages it is alerting me to.
