I used alot of the emails here to make my own. Just being (overly) critical about my 1 month before launch day Mogul. Dropped calls, missed keyboard presses, or double key board presses and the need to reset the device every day.
Their response:
Tells me how to get credits for dropped calls
Tells me to take my phone to a local repair center to get it looked at despite telling them in my email that i already have. (not really)
No you may not get the Touch Pro upgrade
No you may not get $150 discount until April
No you may not get the MIR into an instant rebate
No you may not collect $200 when you pass GO and proceed directly to jail
They sent my email to engineering so for the past day they have been trying to run provisioning on my phone. Quite annoying. And to further complicate it, my online account now says "We're sorry, but upgrading online is unavailable for your account currently. Please call 1-877-746-8249, and we'll be happy to help you upgrade. Thanks!" When I try to look for upgrades online.
So in short I cannot even use my $75 credit if I wanted to.
