Not no2chem, but after having the same problem once, removing and re-installing with soft resets between solved that problem the one and only time it occurred. It may also have something to do with the particular ROM in use at the time, as I've tried several different ROM's with varying results.

Just a thought, but it seems to me the default battery meter drivers in most of the latest ROM's do a reasonable job. If you're having problems with this one, use the default. I can't see any reason to worry about whether the battery is at 62% or 63% anyway, if you know what I mean.
