Problem with Geotagging Photo Mode

I made the above change and switched the camera mode to GPS and it goes through the "Initializing GPS..." prompt for about 10 seconds and then it goes to the camera. I tried taking a few photos, but when I check out the metadata I can see that it doesn't record the coordinates (I copied the data at the bottom of this message & you can download the photo [634kb] here - http://www.mattgreek.com/GPS_001.jpg). I also made the registry changes below:

Could those registry changes be the reason for no GPS info in the photos or anyone have any advice?

Another question, in the GPS Photo options it has the option "Grace Period" with the options being "None," "5 Minutes," "10 Minutes" & "30 Minutes." I'm guessing that has something to do with how long it keeps the GPS active so it doesn't have to re-initialize it or?

Thanks!
