I wouldn't mind either if it asked permission first. To take over all the associations without even asking is horrendously bad programming however.
It really annoys me that if I click on a simple jpeg image from the file browser it insists on opening Kinoma & going through all the scanning etc just to view an image.
I already has s2v & s2p installed & those are the apps I installed because I like them & to have them removed as the default programs for music & image viewing without my permissionis
really really annoying to me......
