Rules #1 & #2, my program can do.
Rule #3, not yet, but that's a good idea - auto enabling/disabling at certain times. May have to wait before I get around to implementing it, however.
Update:
Just fixed a major bug, testing is going pretty fast now. I'll pick a few beta testers and let you know here in a few days.
