3. *optional* flash the custom rom of your choice. I say it's optional cuz you could stay on the offical rom, but you'd be better off flashing a custom.

So basically there is nothing that I basically need to do myself? There both actual programs that do the work for me?

So basically all I do is plug my cell in and let the two programs do there job (more or less)
