EDIT: had to delete "ModuleDir=USER_OEM" from the "archive: path" in the BuildOS_config.text file... prob not a good thing to do but solved the issues of bad OEMs it remembered after I took them out...

Did you do a custom install where the installed files
aren't in C:\Program Files\PPCkitchen.org ? I had issues like this when I used to install manually to a different HD/partition/location.
Make sure there are no other installation of these files. Save any OEM's or project files that you do want on some removable media.
